This coloring book is both workbook and coloring book. It describes not only the steps, but the traditions and promises as well. I didn’t realize that a coloring book could be so helpful in codependent recovery! I had seen other adult coloring books and thought, “Yeah, yeah. Whatever.” Just sneaking a peak at the first six pages has made me realize this is a totally different kind of adult coloring book! There’s recovery laced all through it, not just in the pictures. I especially like how the Traditions are so simply explained and there is a space for me to record my thoughts. Kudos to whomever or whatever group of people put this together!

This is amazing because people think of a coloring book as just that. This is totally different. There is a page for each step, tradition and promise. This is a great way to get familiar with the steps and traditions. I hear them at meetings but really did not grasp them until I got this coloring book. When I’m coloring I read and re read the step until I finish coloring that page. Great piece of literature.
